After 10+ years in UX - across product teams, agencies, and as a solo consultant - I saw a gap. Growing companies needed senior design help but couldn't justify a full-time hire. They deserved better options.
Now I work as a fractional design partner. That means you get senior expertise without the overhead. Direct collaboration, not account managers. Someone who sticks around rather than handing off to juniors.
