Framer’s new pricing plans make more sense than ever

If you’ve ever tried to explain Framer’s old pricing structure to a client, you’ll know it wasn’t exactly straightforward. Five different plans across personal and business tiers made it easy to get lost. The new update changes that completely.
Framer has simplified everything down to three plans: Basic, Pro, and Scale. It’s a much cleaner setup that’s easier to understand - and easier to recommend to clients.
From my experience, the previous Mini plan was often too small for most projects, while the Basic plan felt like overkill for smaller sites. The new Basic plan now strikes a great balance — perfect for personal sites, side projects, or small businesses that don’t need all the advanced features but still want more than a single-page setup.
A few other updates I really like:
24-hour email support is now included in every plan.
Verified Framer Experts (like me!) now get free seats on client projects, so clients don’t need to pay extra just to bring a designer in.
Add-ons like localisation and A/B testing can now be added to any plan, giving teams the flexibility to scale as they grow.
Overall, this feels like a thoughtful step forward - less confusion, more flexibility, and a pricing model that actually fits how most of us use Framer today.
