A site that feels as good as the spaces.
The rebrand gave us a strong visual foundation, but the old site wasn't doing it justice. We redesigned every page to lead with the spaces themselves - large photography, clear location breakdowns, and straightforward calls to action. Each of the four WA locations got its own page with specific room types, pricing, and availability so visitors could compare without bouncing between tabs. The homepage was rebuilt to serve two groups: newcomers exploring co-working for the first time, and existing members looking to book or manage their plan quickly.

From enquiry forms to instant bookings.
The old booking process relied on forms and manual follow-ups. We replaced it with a real-time system where members can see availability, pick a desk or meeting room, and pay - all in one flow. Membership management got the same treatment: sign up, switch plans, or update payment details without emailing support. On mobile, the booking flow was stripped back even further so members could grab a room on the way to the office.
